I completely agree that girls (and apparently celebs too) use halloween as the perfect excuse to wear the sluttiest, most revealing costumes without being called a whore. That said.....when I saw this pic of Kim Kardashian's outfit this halloween, I was floored....in a GOOD way.
Yes it is revealing blah blah blah...but it suits her SO well and she is the perfect image of Jasmine! B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.
