I've had American Psycho for almost 6 months, and The Truth About Diamonds for 2 years, and I just can't for the life of me finish either of them. I obviously bought TTAB because of my love for Nicole Richie. The book was OK and had a lot of juicy plot lines, but I just never got around to finishing it. I then moved on to other reads.
I bought American Psycho because I heard that it was very gruesome (yup I'm a sicko). But I have yet to get to the good parts, and everything i've read so far is just borring. I find the characters unentertaining and a chore to read about.
But since these are the only two books I have NOT borrowed from the library, I feel I must get my money's worth and finish them soon.
